Xflam aquired by ACH
Xflam has been aquired by Austral Comnia Holdings
Austral Comnia Holdings (ACH) recently announced the acquisition of the International rights for the Xflam product from Xflam Ltd of Belfast.
ACH through its subsidiary company Xflam Pty Ltd has held the rights to manufacture locally since 2004 and has now moved to take control of this business internationally. This world leading product is seen as an important innovation for the panel industry, and one that can be seamlessly integrated into the ACH Group companies existing production processes.
The ACH Group is a significant player in the Australian and New Zealand insulated panel industries, with beginnings dating back to the first polystyrene based panel operations and equipment manufacturing in Australasia. It is therefore entirely appropriate for ACH to be leading the continuously laminated insulated panel technology with this fire rated product. The company intends to develop a package offering sub-license agreements to interested parties overseas with the ACH Group's strong manufacturing base providing an excellent platform to support sub-licensees in developing their own plants.
